Apuro AN815 - 3x3mm Julienne Disc

Keep your Apuro multi-purpose veg prep machine in despicable condition by replacing the disc with this 3x3mm julienne disc. Designed for use with CH423-A (sold separately) the disc fits perfectly with the disc, providing a quick and easy change of disc. Designed with stainless steel the julienne discs are highly durable allowing it to withstand continuous use in commercial settings. This julienne is ideal for creating small fruit and vegetable sticks.
