Genuine Unox side cover set (XUC231) for the ultra high open stand used under CHEFTOP-X GN 1/1 ovens. The panels measure approx. 750 mm wide x 675 mm deep x 598 mm high (approx. 14.5 kg) to suit the ultra high stand format. They shield trays stored in the stand and give the oven base an enclosed, professional finish.
