At 15A plug-in, 2.8kW, the E27-2 features a single bi-directional reversing fan, dual halogen lamps, and generous 115mm tray spacing. This is the ideal plug-in oven for full size baguettes as well as a wide range of fresh, par baked and pre-proved frozen doughs, frozen pizzas, chicken, cookies and other cake and confectionary products.
