Proudly Australian made, this unit features a 12mm thick mild steel griddle plate (605 x 520 mm), delivering even heat distribution across the cooking surface. With 6 kW heating elements per 305mm section and thermostatic temperature control from 50°C to 300°C, the GPEDB24-X provides precision and consistency for all-day cooking. Its fully welded stainless steel body ensures durability, while the spill zone and drip trays make cleaning quick and easy. Designed for efficiency and ease of use, it includes large heat-resistant control knobs, ON indicator lights and front-access servicing. Mount it on a bench, stand with undershelf, or cupboard base, and customise it with chrome or grooved plate options.
