Goldstein G35C+S - Tube Fired Fryer

Constructed with a stainless steel pan, front, and door, as well as galvanized sides and back, this fryer incorporates long lasting, high temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and combustion efficiency. It comes with temperature control ranging from 93°C to 190°C, ensuring precise cooking, and a nickel plated tube rack to extend oil life.

Safety features include a high-temperature safety limit switch and combination safety pilot and main gas valve, while its standing pilot light ensures easy operation. Additionally, its removable basket hanger allows for effortless cleaning, and with all components easily serviceable from the front.

It comes with standard accessories including two nickel plated wire mesh fry baskets with heat resistant handles, a night lid, and adjustable legs for added convenience.
