The unit is constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with rounded corners for improved cleaning. The radiant plate is ultra-thick and reinforced with central cut-out and high-power circular steel burner (54 MJ/h) and standard gas 2/1GN oven (28.8 MJ/h).

The gas solid target top features a piezo ignition circular burner with flame failure device and pilot burner, capable of reaching 500°C at the centre of the plate and 200°C around the edges. The temperature is regulated via a variable power flame control. The gas oven also features a piezo ignition with thermostat temperature control (100°C – 300°C).
