Powerful wash and rinse pumps, high-temperature rinsing and automatic chemical dispensers help produce consistent, hygienic results. Using only three litres of fresh water per rack, the SWUT20 combines efficient operation with dependable washing performance. Its durable double-skin stainless steel construction, integrated drain pump, double filtration and self-cleaning function make it a practical solution for demanding professional kitchens.
