The B+S BLACK OV-GRP6 Commercial Gas Oven with 600mm Grill Plate combines versatile griddling and oven cooking in one compact freestanding unit. Featuring a heavy-duty 16mm mild steel grill plate with two 22 MJ/h aluminised tube burners, it provides dependable cooking performance for preparing meats, burgers and breakfast dishes. The gas oven incorporates a 29 MJ/h stainless steel tubular burner, a German-manufactured thermostat and a solid mild steel base plate for even heat distribution. Built with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, an insulated drop-down oven door and flame failure protection, the OV-GRP6 is ideal for restaurants, cafés and commercial kitchens.
