This Apuro commercial rice cooker is ideal for when you need to produce large quantities of rice in a shorter period of service. Once the rice is cooked the machine switches to hold mode, keeping your rice warm and tasty without over-burning it - perfect for busy restaurants and takeaways.

The stainless-steel construction ensures the Buffalo rice maker is robust and easy to clean. This cooker comes supplied with a handy rice measure, spoon, and spatula as standard, so you can prep and cook rice with ease. It is able to create roughly 80 portions based on a full load (based on 250ml servings), so you can easily steam up to 20 litres of fluffy, ready to serve rice in just 40 minutes.
